HowFig is operated by Converge Coffee, Inc. This policy describes what information HowFig collects, how it's used, and your rights regarding SMS communications.
When you sign up for HowFig, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you use HowFig Tracker, we store the items and price thresholds you choose to monitor. We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed by Stripe.
We use your phone number solely to send SMS price alerts you've explicitly opted into via HowFig Tracker, and account-related notifications (such as show-prep completion). We use your email to deliver welcome messages, run results, and account communications.
By checking the consent box on our pricing page, you agree to receive SMS price alerts from HowFig at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on the number of items on your watch list and how often they hit your target price — this is not a fixed schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in/consent data are never shared with, sold to, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This is a strict policy, without exception. We use the following service providers solely to operate HowFig itself: Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Neon (database hosting). None of these providers use your data for their own marketing purposes.
We retain your account information for as long as your HowFig subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
